Delivery and return

Delivery

We deliver in all country over the world. Your parcel is dispatched on the day of the order if it is placed before 11h30 (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

  • FRANCE METROPOLITAN : 

COLISSIMO (2 working days): €5 per order. Free delivery on all orders above €90


  • EURO ZONE (outside of France) 

COLISSIMO ( (3 to 5 working days): €10 per order. Free delivery on all orders above €90.


NON-EURO ZONE 

COLISSIMO ( (5 to 8 working days): €20 per order.  Free delivery on all orders above €90


 

Please note that if the delivery address is outside Europe, a customs charge will be apply. FRANCS-BOURGEOIS has no control over these costs, which are the only responsibility of the ordering party. 

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are applied in working days, which notably depend of the availability of the carriers, the orders arrivals and avaibility of stocks.

FRANCS-BOURGEOIS strives to respect the delivery deadlines which are indicate throughout the confirmation of order, except by force majeure, or some other situation over which it has no control such as strikes, frost, fire, storm, flood, without this list being exhaustive.

A delay in delivery can not justify any order cancellations and can not in any case give rise to any compensation for damages.

EXCHANGE

Once you have received your order, you have 15 working days to return it in perfect conditions. 15 jours 

  • FRANCE METROPOLITAN : 

In case of an exchange for  model, the first return / re-dispatch is offered by FRANCS-BOURGEOIS; it will be made via Mondial Relay. Are the responsibility of FRANCS-BOURGEOIS. the re-dispatch are borne by FRANCS-BOURGEOIS as well. If a customer need a second exchange on the same order, the return / re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer. 

  • EURO ZONE (outside France): 

- Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium 

In case of an exchange for another size or model, the first return / re-dispatch is offered by FRANCS-BOURGEOIS; it will be made via Mondial Relay. the re-dispatch are borne by FRANCS-BOURGEOIS as well. If a customer need a second exchange on the same order, the return / re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer.

-Other countries in the Euro area (outside France):

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. As soon as we receive your order back, we will send you an exchange voucher to place a new order. 

  • NON-EURO ZONE : 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. As soon as we receive your order back, we will send you an exchange voucher to place a new order. 

 

Return Method : 

  1. Send us an email at  myorder@francsbourgeois.eu, specifying whether it is a request for exchange or refund. 

  2. Please return your pair in the original packaging and in perfect condition Please note that the shoes box does not have to be use as parcel’s packaging. For the transporting, please use the original shipping carton, or a new transport carton. The returned product must be in its original condition and must allow FRANCS-BOURGEOIS to relist it. The products worn, damaged, soiled or with a missing packaging/bag will not be taken back.
 
  3. Indicate in your shipment all the information necessary for the exchange or refund: name, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail, order number, item concerned and reason for the exchange or refund.
  4. Send us your package within fifteen (15) days. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the Customer, and FRANCS-BOURGEOIS reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Then, inform us by email at myorder@angarde-shoes.com of the tracking number



The exchange shall be carried out within the limits of the available stocks. Once the item has been received and checked, the new item will be sent within 48 hours. 

 

REFUND

The refund takes place within 14 days by re-credit on your credit card or on your PayPal account after checking the good condition of the item and its packaging.
